GENERAL BASE PANEL SPECIFICATION
Our new developed electric conductor generates the highest possible efficiency rate (about 93%). Our carbon graphite polyimide panel is unique in the market and performs better than all common used electric conductors. Our electric conductor is pressed in epoxy resin or PET film accoring to customers demand. Pressed in epoxy resin INFRAPOWER panels can reach very high surface temperatures, which gives additional improvement in efficiency and therefore, saving energy.
Different from existing panel heat generators which simply use carbon, INFRAPOWER panels use a new concept for its heat generator. Our electric conductor is more durable than steel. In various technically advanced markets like Japan or Germany, etc. similar technologies are used because of its outstanding safety and durability and especially because of the high efficiency it generates. The market for this technology is increasing rapidly as energy cost rise and it is more and more important to have efficient infrared heaters to save energy. However, until now due to the difficult processing and application technologies, it is produced only by few companies and sold much more expensive than normal carbon fiber panels. INFRAPOWER improved the existing technology and we are above to offer our new technology with very competitive price.
Our carbon graphite polyimide panels emits heat, far-infrared ray and anion by using an electric resistance. INFRAPOWER panels generate highest possible efficiency and therefore, most of the input power is transferred into far-infrared radiant heat. Less energy consumption is guaranteed. In addition, far infrared and anion are known to effectively suppress odors and growth of germs and boost the metabolism of the human body, not to mention providing a healthier environment.

HIGHER POSSIBLE SURFACE TEMPEATURES (up to 260C)
Surface temperatures up to 260C are possible (made to order). According to the law of Poltzmann, higher surface tempertures guarantee higher effieiiency rates. Please contact us for more information as higher surface temperatures change the wave lenghts and in not all applications surface temperatures up to 260C are required. At very high surface temperatures also air turbulences on the surface can reduce efficiency depending on the application.

SAFE AND DURABLE
Many years experience in the production of infrared panels guarantees that INFRAPOWER panels are produced in a production line which confirmes with all international standards. Many internal as well as external quality controls are applied. All components used are of highest quality. INFRAPOWER panels are about 4 times more durable than general films or panels. Uniform heat distribution as well as conductive polymer treatment on the copper connection prevents hot spots as well as guarantees safety even in abnormal condition.

COPPER AND SILVER BOOTH BAR
Conductive polymer treatment on the copper connection as well by a special design of the silver booth bar prevents hot spots and sparks as well as guarantees safety even in abnormal condition or at very high surface temperatures.
EPOXY RESIN
Adapting high quality epoxy resin as cover and bottom layer, INFRAPOWER panels have very good durability and no burning danger. We can reach surface temperatures up to 260C. Because of the edges sealed perfectly, there is no water leakage or electricity leakage rist (depending on installation highest IP class can be reached (IPx8). Being very thin (made to order from 0.6mm to 1.4mm), our panels can be installed at nearly any place or application.
CARBON GRAPHITE POLYIMIDE PANEL
Our electric conductor made of carbon graphite polyimide panel is more durable than steel. Its outstanding safety and durability as well as the high efficiency it generates makes INFRAPOWER panels the leading base panels. Carbon is mainly from C (Carbon) and like Diamond used for automobile, ink and cosmetic industry. During the manufacturing process, heat treatment from 1,000 to 3,000C named Carbon Fiber and heat treated material over 2,500C named Graphite fiber.
Graphite has higher heat resisting characteristics compared to other materials, lower thermal expansion co-efficient, excellent thermal conductivity and is widely used as the material generating heat by electricity. Our special mixing process that generates different power consumptions according to the applications best suitable efficiency rate used carbon and graphite at optimum rates.
